JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Examine the quantity of input materials supplied by the supplier based on the purchase order from the purchasing department, together with QC to check the quality of input materials.
  • Make delivery bills according to the needs of each order.
  • Arrange, classify, note goods according to correct format, quantities, update Export-Import-Inventory card when goods import-export operation occurs.
  • Delivering goods for production on request of material supply (LSX).
  • Daily synthesis of import and export vouchers delivered to the warehouse accountant.
  • Update and report on types of substandard goods, damaged goods, scrap goods to propose handling.
  • Check the warehouse  at the end of the month, unexpected all items in stock.
  • Carry out the assigned tasks of direct management and Factory management.
  • Exchange details during the interview process

REQUIREMENT

  • Qualifications: Intermediate or higher in the fields of Accounting, Economics, Warehouse operations...
  • Requirements: Men/Women - Age from 24 – 35
  • Experience: 1-2 years
  • Prefer candidates with experience in the same position at aluminum and glass companies.
  • Dynamic, agile
  • Work planning and organizing skills
  • Analytical skills, aggregating data
  • Fluent in office and Auto Cad compute
